You have just bought a VERY HIGH VOLTAGE fence energizer system designed to operate with a 230 volt supply.
We thank you for your trust.
This energizer system is of a new design which will continue to provide excellent performance even when the
vegetation has completely overrun the fence. It is the system preferred by sheep breeders where fencing tends to
be very low and may often be overrun by grass. It is also used extensively for cattle, wild boar, animals which are
difficult to retain due to their fleece, hide and potentially aggressive behaviour.
This energizer meets International Safety Standards and is approved by the French Ministry of agriculture.

INSTALLATION ADVICE

Wire : for optimum performance, the conductivity of the electrical wiring must be excellent. Ensure that all
connections have very good contact.
Earth rod : to make the most of the energizer system, the earth wire must also be of excellent quality. Be sure to
follow closely the earthing instructions detailed in the installation instructions below so as to ensure complete
satisfaction and correct operation.
SETTING UP :
Connect the high voltage terminal of the energizer to the fence line.
Connect the «ground»
- These connections (both earth and high voltage) must be used with insulated wire 20,000 V of FISOL
type FISOL GALVA or FISALU. Otherwise the effectiveness of the fence could be greatly altered.
- The earthing of the fence must be separated by at least 10 m from the traditional mains earth of a building.
- Check all connections ensure good electrical contact. Knots or other splices can be a source of poor
contact and thus cause degradation of insulators and a loss of efficiency.
- After connecting the device to the mains: the indicator light, should flash with the pulses (approximately
every 1.5 s).
- If your installation requires the connection of wiring made of two different metals, be sure to grease
outside of the connection point with mechanical grease to avoid premature rusting.
