The CU2200 automatically picks up any phone call after eight rings. By connecting a microphone to the
CU2200, you will be able to hear all actions in the room.

The unit can be programmed by:
First check the hardware version of your device via an SMS from your mobile phone. When the SMS was correct
the device will reply with a text message containing the version; if there was an error you will get the message
'SMS format is error!'. The SMS command depends on the software version:
Software version V5, V6
Command: PWD:XXXX,CHECKV
[SMS message received]
ex: SD41 V5.1_3_B 2008/01/28
V5 is system version or hardware version
CU2200.
Important notes on used PC Software:
Software can be found on the included CR ROM or on the product page on www.velleman.eu.
Software version SMS_ProX.exe (SMS PRO_V5.0) only works with hardware version 5 of the CU2200.
Software version SM41DPRO.exe (SMS PRO_7.0) works with both hardware versions 6 and 7. It is
recommended to use this version when you have a hardware version 6 or 7 device.
Software version SMSPro_Setup_2.2.13_0927.exe only works with hardware version 7. When running
this software, select "basic" at start-up.
The software is developed for multiple platforms; hence it is possible that some of the shown functions
are not accessible or (fully) supported.
Note: it is not possible to upgrade the hardware version of the CU2200.
Copy the program folder to C:\ ,and run "SM41DPRO.exe" under windows.

CU2200
Press the yellow button so as to eject the card caddy. Insert
the SIM card with the contacts facing down. Press the card
back into the CU2200.
Attention: "asking for PIN code" must be deactivated
on SIM card first, before use with CU2200! (See
instructions of your mobile phone).
Connect the 12VDC power supply and wait until the red LED
turns on and the green LED flashes every few seconds.
Send following SMS message to the CU2200 (from another
mobile phone): PWD:1234,STATUS%.
Your mobile phone will receive an SMS reply within 30
seconds reporting the health status.
NOTE: The SIM card in the CU2200 must be activated by a
provider like a regular SIM card in a mobile phone.
Make sure to activate the caller ID service.
