Problem and possible solutions
No LED lights are on.
LEDs are flashing orange successively.

Check if the power supply is connected correctly.
Charger has reached the temperature limit and is
now in a cooling phase. Charging is resumed after
5 minutes.
■
Do not touch the hearing instruments while the LEDs
are flashing orange. The hearing instruments may
be hot.
