Installation
• Electrical and magnetic fields can disturb electronic components in the energy meter.
Ensure sufficient distance (approx. 10 cm) between the calculator and possible electro-
magnetic sources (e.g. transformers, electrical motors, etc.).
• Select a dry, easily accessible location.
• In non-condensing environments.
• In closed rooms.

General installation instructions
• Observe the environmental conditions!
• Do not carry out any welding, soldering or drilling work in the vicinity of the meter.
• Only install meters in operational systems.
• Protect meters against damages from impacts or being hit.
• In order to guarantee the corresponding meter protection class, it must be ensured that
the cable outer diameters for all connection lines (supply cable, temperature sensor
cable, MBUS and pulse cable) lie between 3.9 and 4.9 mm.
