Tracking your steps
The Steps App gives you tools to keep track of your steps and
manage your daily walking program. It lets you set specific step
goals, then tracks your progress, nudges you along the way,
and summarizes your results. You can review your complete
walking steps history in the SLIDE Fitness App on your phone.

Setting a step goal
Step 1.
Open the SLIDE Fitness App in your phone, tap My Profile > My
Targets to enter target settings screen, and set your goals for calories
burned or distance traveled, and tap OK.
