USING THE BLENDER
Before the first use, you should fill with half jar of water, then stick the blender
shaft to the bottom of jar and blend for few minutes, then clean the blender shaft
and jar thoroughly. Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care . Ensure that
the stick blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or
removing attachments.
1. After dealing with the fruits or others, for example, removing hull or
removing core, cut them into pieces, then place into the jar with proper water
in it. Warning: the blender can not used to crack ice, blend nut and other hard
foods.
2. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft
anti-clockwise until tightened. Note: To disassemble, just turn in the adverse
direction (see fig.1).
3. Simply plug the stick blender to power outlet.
4. Lower the stick blender into food, pay attention to fix
the jar.
5. Depress the desired switch at the top of the motor unit.
6. To stop the stick blender, take your fingers off the
switch button.
Note: the appliance can not keep operating for more
than 1 min, rest at least 3 minutes between two continuous cycles, otherwise
it will become very hot and damage to the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable shaft.
2. Wash the detachable blender shaft under running water, without the use of
abrasive cleaner or detergents. Do not immerse the detachable blender shaft
in water because the lubrication on the bearing may wash away.
3. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for
cleaning as an electric shock may occur.
4. Reassemble the blender shaft to motor unit then place it
upright in wall bracket (see Fig.2) or hang it up for
saving space.
5. Wash the jar in warm soapy water. The jar is not
recommended to place in dishwashing machine as it may
deteriorates through long use of dishwasher cleaning.
