WISP+Universal Repeater mode

As the Client Router mode In WISP mode settings , also select the
"Enable Universal Repeater Mode" And enter the SSIDO in the SSID of
Extended intferface field that will enable WISP+Universal Reapter mode.
In this mode,WL-5460APv2 behaves virtually the same as WISP mode
but the AP can also send wireless signal to the LAN side.
the output power is divided between 2 wireless side and proper antenna
installation can influence the performance greatly.
