10. Blade penetration in the tube
WARNING: Before starting the motor, make sure there are no foreign objects in the cutting zone.
Start the motor and block the trigger using the button positioned on the motor handle (Fig.1).
With your right hand, hold the turning plate during the blade's penetration into the tube using the
control handle (Fig.2).
With your left hand, pull the motor (Fig.2) lifting it until the blade has completely penetrated the tube
and the motor carrying arm has reached the adjustment wheel (Fig. 2).

Note: It is at the moment of penetration that the cutting effort is greatest. To avoid blade damage, we
recommend that you do not exert too much effort, thus allowing the blade to work without it being
forced.
The blade should take between 3 and 5 seconds to penetrate a 2mm thick stainless steel tube.
11. Cutting step by step:
Warning: Always check that the tube does
not bump up against the saw blade when it is
put into the cutting machine and that it is
correctly aligned with the cutting machine.
Before starting the cutting motor, make sure
that there are no foreign bodies left in the
cutting area.
Tightening the hold on the tube (1).

Starting the cutting motor (2).

Hold the control handle (5) during the
penetration up to the adjust screw (3).
