Product usage
CHORDS
The keyboard has several functions to help beginners play 4 types of chords (major, minor,
major 7th and minor 7th) with minimal fingering.
NOTE: When you activate Single finger, Multi-finger or CHORD SOUND functions,
you assign the keys 1-19 on the left of the keyboard for chord use only. These keys
cannot be used to play a melody until the function is turned off.
Single finger
•
Press SINGLE to turn on the single-finger chord function. Sin will display on the LED
screen. You can now press any of the chord keys (1-19) on the left of the keyboard. The
finger patterns required are shown in the table.

While the rhythm is playing, you can press SINGLE to activate the automatic chord function.
Play the desired chord key sequence and the keyboard will add them to the rhythm.

Press SINGLE again to turn off this function.
Multi finger
•
Press FINGERED to turn on the multi-finger chord function. Fin will display on the LED
screen. You can now press any of the chord keys (1-19) on the left of the keyboard. In this
mode you will need to press all of the keys that comprise a chord in order to play it. An
example of the finger patterns required are shown in the table.

While the rhythm is playing, you can press FINGERED to activate the automatic chord
function. Play the desired chord key sequence and the keyboard will add them to the rhythm.

Press FINGERED again to turn off this function.
CHORD SOUND
•
Press CHORD SOUND repeatedly to select different chord tones for accompaniment.
•
Press CHORD SOUND again and it will return to the original chord sound.
