OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Connect the outputs from a turntable to the RCA or DIN input. If required, connect the ground wire from your turntable to the
ground terminal on the SZ-PPA2 to help reduce hum. Connect the supplied DC12V power supply and plug it in to a mains
outlet. Press the power button to power on the unit - the power indicator light will show that the unit is operational. Adjust the
input signal level by using the input gain knob - the signal indicator light will show that signal is being received. For best results
avoid any clipping. The SZ-PPA2 can be connected to an amplifier, mixers or other recording unit via the RCA or DIN outputs.
Do not use the DIN and RCA outputs at the same time.
Connect headphones to the headphone output to monitor your signal. The headphone signal can be raised/lowered using the
monitor level knob.
Use the filter button to lower frequencies below 100Hz by -3dB. This can be useful to help remove turntable rumble.
