LIMITED WARRANTY PARTS AND LABOR

Element Electronics warrants this product to be free from defects in material and
workmanship within the following warranty period, starting from the date of sale to the
original consumer purchase.
If this product proves defective within the THIRTY (30) DAY warranty period, the retailer
will exchange the defective product. Said product must be returned, with your sales receipt,
to the retailer of purchase. The retailer of purchase wil replace the product under their
return policy.

This warranty does not apply to any Element Electronics product which is used for
commercial, rental, or industrial purposes, is damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, improper
line voltage, water, lightning, or any acts of God. This warranty is void if the product is
altered, modified, or if any parts or service covered by this warranty are furnished by

anyone other than Element Electronics . This warranty does not cover cartons, carrying
cases, batteries, cosmetic parts, broken or marred cabinets, magnetic tapes, compact
discs, or any other accessories used in connection with the product or consequential
damages due to a defect in the product.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
THIS IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY AND NO OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTY IS

VALID AGAINST Element Electronics . SOME STATES (PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR AN EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may
vary from state to state.
