4. Align table frames with support lip toward inside of
table. Attach a seat board to the frame with two 1½"
carriage bolts, lock washers and 3/8" hex nuts.
(See Figure 2)
5. Repeat for remaining three seat boards.
6. Attach an outside tabletop board to the frame using
two 1½" carriage bolts, lock washers and 3/8" hex
nuts. (See Figure 3)
7. Attach the center bracket to the middle of the
outside tabletop board using a 1½" carriage bolt
and lock washer. (See Figure 3)
8. Attach second and middle tabletop boards to the
frame using six 1½" carriage bolts, lock washers and
3/8" hex nuts so that boards are fastened to table
frame. (See Figure 4)
9. Attach the angle braces to the frame and center
brace using four hex bolts, lock washers and 3/8"
hex nuts. (See Figure 5)
10. Attach two remaining tabletop boards using six 1½"
carriage bolts, lock washers and 3/8" hex nuts.
11. Level table and straighten all boards. Tighten
all hardware using power drill and 9/16" socket.
Carriage bolts will be pulled flush to the table
surface.
WARNING: Do not over-tighten carriage bolts to
avoid bowing.
