NOTE: This accessory can be used with both Gourmet BBQ System grates AND regular Weber grates.
m WARNING: Use the lid of your Weber accessory to control any oil that may flash.
m WARNING: When removing the lid of your Weber accessory, always position the lid so that the
steam is directed away from you. Rising steam can cause burns.
m CAUTION: Cooking foods on the lid (when the lid is placed on top of the Dutch Oven) that are high in
oil or liquid content can be dangerous.
m CAUTION: Always wear heat-resistant gloves when handling your Weber accessory.
m CAUTION: If cooking with liquid, use care when moving to avoid spilling.
m CAUTION: Do not set your Weber accessory on a combustible surface, glass, or a surface that can
be damaged by heat.
m WARNING: Do not use your Weber accessory as a deep fryer.
m WARNING: Do not use your Weber accessory on your side burner.
m WARNING: Do not place your Weber accessory on the side table of your barbecue
m WARNING: Do not use cooking oil of any kind or quantity in your Weber accessory. Instead, lightly
oil food prior to placing in your Weber accessory.
m WARNING: Do not add any type of alcohol to your Weber accessory.
m WARNING: Do not move your Weber accessory until it is cool.
m WARNING: Never submerge your Weber accessory in water when it is hot. Thermal shock can cause
damage to the enamel.
m WARNING: Hot surface.
Failure to follow these DANGER, WARNING and CAUTION statements may result in serious bodily
injury or death, or may result in a fire or an explosion that may cause damage to property.
Your Weber accessory can break if dropped. Contact Weber customer service if your Weber accessory is
damaged or unusable.
Use and Care
Prior to first use: Hand wash your new Weber accessory thoroughly with mild dishwashing liquid. Dry
thoroughly with soft cloth or paper towel.
After use, wait until cool and then clean and dry completely. Nylon or soft abrasive pads/brushes may be
used. Store it indoors in a cool and dry location.
NOTE: Metallic pads/brushes and harsh abrasive soaps can damage the porcelain-enamel finish.
NOTE: To protect the porcelain-enamel coating on your Weber accessory, do not strike metal objects against
the product. Gouging or scraping the porcelain-enamel surface with sharp metal utensils can also damage
the porcelain-enamel surface.
