IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, in order to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury, basic
safety precautions should always be observed, including the following:

Carefully read all instructions, even if you are familiar with using the appliance.

To avoid possible electric shock, do not immerse the appliance, the wiring unit, or plug in water or
other liquid.

To clean the appliance, wipe the outer case with a damp cloth.

This product is not permitted for use by children or other people without assistance or supervision
if their physical, sensory, or mental state limits its safe use. Children should be supervised to
ensure they do not play with the product.
- Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet and put away the cord when not in use. Before
setting up or removing any parts, remove the plug from the electrical outlet.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its authorized technical
service or by a qualified technician in order to avoid damage.

The use of accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer of this appliance
can cause fire, electric shock, or accidents.

Do not let cord hang over the edge of a table, countertop, or come into contact with hot
surfaces.

Avoid touching hot surfaces.

Do not use or place any part of this appliance on or near a hot surface.

Never use the power cord in an inappropriate manner. Do not move the appliance by pulling
the cable.

When using an extension cord, make sure you have the correct wiring and that it has the right
characteristics for such use.

This product should only be used in a home setting.

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself instead of taking it to an authorized service center
for repair.

When you no longer use this product, recycle it so it is disposed according to local regulations.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Before the first use, wash the cutting blade, discs, coil and the nozzle with warm water and soap.
Rinse these parts with hot water and dry them.
2. Mincer assembly:
a.
Put the coil (8) in the nozzle (5). Fig. 1
b.
Place the cutting blade (9) at the upper part of the coil (8). Fig.
c.
Select the mincing disc (10, 11 or 12) and place on the cutting blade (9) by matching the disc
with the nozzle grooves. Fig. 3
d.
Put the ring on for setting the discs (13) on the nozzle (5). Fig. 4
e.
Insert the nozzle (5) in the device chassis and secure it with the button (4). Figs. 5 and 6
f.
Set the tray in place (6) at the upper part of the nozzle (5). Fig. 7
3. Place the appliance on a stable work surface in such a manner that the air outputs from the lower
and back parts do not get blocked.
4. Make sure the power switch is in the off position (O) and insert the plug into an outlet with the same
voltage specified in the appliance's base plate.
5. Place a tray or wide and deep plate below the nozzle of the mincer to collect food particles.
6. Turn on the machine. It should always be switched on before adding the food.

If the engine slows or stops, it could mean that there is food stuck. In that case, turn off the
appliance, unplug it and clean the internal parts of the nozzle.
