Take off the outer package parts of
the appliance and clean the accesso-
ries with a wet cloth before using the
appliance. Before the first broiling you
should heat up the appliance about 5
minutes. This preheating could decre-
ase the production and packaging resi-
dues. Plug in the appliance and switch
it on. The heating system cleans itself
every time you use the appliance. Af-
ter this first time preheating, switch off
and unplug the appliance. Position the
Grease residues tray. Stick the food
into the main skewers and skewers,
Insert the main skewers into the body.
Insert Gear and shaft parts.
• Insert the gear into main skewer (1).
• Fix the shaft end into the body back
plate (2). Fix the shaft another end
into the gear (3).
• Rotate the screw to lock the shaft
into gear (4).
During the operation, if skewer could not rotate well, please repeat this assembly and Make
sure the shaft is fixed well into the gear and body back plate.
Insert the skewers, who has been attached with food, into Skewers holder. Plug in the ap-
pliance and switch it on. Your food is under cooking now.
CAUTION: Never use the appliance without reflector, Make sure it is positioned correctly
before each operation.

• The figures given in the recipe booklet are guide figures, but some variations might occur
according to the food and your personal taste, The broiling time is based upon fully de-
frosted food and the recommended quantity. Broiling meat around a table during a party
is a very attractive way of preparing the food in a pleasant way.
• Although the appliance hardly splashes during use, it is advisable to put it on a stable
surface which is easy to clean.
• Do not put the appliance on a flocky or weak surface. Do not move the appliance when
it is in use.
