OPERATION
1. Prepare the work area. All the components are not sandblasted must
be covered. This is especially true for painted surfaces, engines,
transmission parts or other machines and their components. The
finest sand blasting particles can cause significant damage !
2. Screwing the quick coupling fitting into the compressed air supply
thread.
3. Mount the blasting catcher (fig.1).
4. Make sure that the trigger lever (8) is free-moving and in the off
position (fig.2).
5. Connect the required sand blast cap (3, 4, 5 or 6) to the blasting gun
(fig.3).
6. Fill the aluminum container (11) to 3/4 with blasting material (fig.4).
7. Meet safety measures such as put on safety glasses, dust mask, ear
protection and gloves.
8. Connect the sandblasting gun to compressed air.
Note: Maximum working pressure must not be exceeded.
9. Put the sand blasting gun on surface and push the trigger lever
(fig.5).
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life environmentally. Recycle unwanted
materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging
should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is
compatible with the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling
information.
