2. Align armrest with holes on bottom of seat cushion. Use
one 1/4 x 1½" screw (1) and two 1/4 x 1¾" screws (2)
with three washers (5) to attach. Repeat on opposite
side. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Use Allen wrench to tighten all screws.
3. Align mechanism with holes on bottom of seat cushion.
Use four 5/16 x 1" screws (3) and Allen wrench to attach.
(See Figure 3)
4. Align back support mounting plate with holes on
bottom of seat cushion. Use four 5/16 x 1½" screws (4)
and Allen wrench to attach. (See Figure 4)
