Using the temper mode

Press the MANUAL/CHOCOLATE mode

button 2 times. The Chocolate indicator
will flash and the temperature will display.
During preheating, add 3/4 of the

chocolate into the Precise Heat Mixing
Bowl. Be sure not to fill past the "Max
fill" line. For best results, use chocolate
made for melting, or add the chocolate
in small pieces.
NOTE: If using a Stand Mixer, set it to
Speed 1 and use the flex edge beater
supplied with the Precise Heat Mixing Bowl.

Press the START/CANCEL button. The

"Preheating" icon will display.
Once the Precise Heat Mixing Bowl is

preheated, a tone will sound. The display
will flash between "40°C" and "+".
