ASSEMBLY AND INSTRUCTIONS
Read and save these instructions.
CAUTION
Read and follow all instructions before operating fan. Do not use fan if any parts
are damaged or missing.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock do not use this fan with any solid state
speed control device. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse plug. If
it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
safety feature.
RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION:
1.
Never insert fingers or any other objects through the grill guard when fan is in
operation.
2.
Disconnect the fan when moving from one location to another.
3.
Disconnect the fan removing guards for cleaning.
4.
Be sure fan is on a stable, flat surface when in operation.
5.
Do not use fan in windows, rain and moisture may create electrical hazard.
6.
Do not leave the fan running unattended.
COLUMN ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Insert inner tube into outer tube and put screw on inner tube through the hole
on outer tube.
2.
Put spring into outer tube then attach the cast coupling to the base and
tighten the bolts as shown.
3.
Loosen knob on coupling, slide the cover ring down the outer tube to rest on
top of the base.
4.
Extend inner tube to desired height and tighten the knob.
5.
CAUTION: Knob must be fully tightened before assembling the fan head to
the inner tube.

FAN HEAD ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Fan head and supporting tube come fully assembled .
2.
Place the front mounting plate and the rear mounting plate to the hole of the
support tube, tighten the bolts as shown.
3.
Firmly attach support tube to the inner tube using 2 mounting plates and
washer provided.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
SPEED CONTROL:
buttons: 0 – Stop
2.
TO ADJUST AIRFLOW UPWARD OR DOWNWARD: Tilt head of fan to
desired angle.

Adjust the desired speed by pushing the switch
1 – Low
2 – Medium
3 – High
