Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the Bowl
 We recommend cleaning the bowl after each use. Proceed as follows:
Let the appliance cool down completely and remove the grill.

Empty the bowl from its ashes and dispose of the ashes in a safe way.

Cleaning the Grill
 Clean the grill with a soft detergent or with sodium bicarbonate. Never use oven cleaners
on the grill.
 Dry well after cleaning.
Storing
 Store the appliance after each use.
 Clean the bowl and the grill as described above.
 Put the grill back on the appliance, in the lowest position.
 Cover the appliance if desired. Store in a dry and clean place indoors.
