Using the bowl
With the plug disconnected from the
power outlet and the dial (e) in the 0
position, align the reference triangle loca-

Position the bowl (m) on the motor-base

Mincing
Position the insert for mincing (t) on the
support (u) making sure they are securely
joined (Fig. 4).
Insert the blade support (u) and the min-
cing insert (t) on the shaft in the centre of
the bowl (Fig. 5).
Place the food (e.g. meat) inside the
bowl. The food must be already cut into
small pieces of around 2 cm.
Place the lid on the bowl (Fig. 6) and
rotate in a clockwise direction until the
tab (w) of the lid enters the slot of the
motor body (x) (Fig. 7).
Connect the plug to a compatible power
outlet. Turn the dial (e) to the desired
speed: Pulse, 1, or 2.
