13 of ERC/REC 70-03. It meets the following requirement:

The user must be able to choose transmission channels over the VHF band
(87.6 – 107.9 MHz);
•
The maximum radiated power must not exceed 50 nW e.r.p.;
•
The equipment must possess an integrated antenna without a connector;
•
The equipment must be equipped with an audio input (an internal microphone
or microphone input are not authorised);
•
The equipment must cease all transmission in the minute following the
absence of a signal at the audio input.
