cables (O and T) (for micrometric

Declination) and fix these to the
notched part found at the foot of
the two screws of Declination and
Right Ascension.
• Take the finderscope (K) and
insert this in the finderscope
bracket (J) and then fix everthing
in place by means of the two
screws positioned near the focu-
sing mechanism. The finderscope
must be aligned. The alingment of
this should be done in accordance
with the instructions found in the
operation manual.
Before
using
remember that the tube-mounting-
tripod group has to be regulated
and balanced precisely according
to the instructions found in the
operational manual.
• Insert the eyepiece (G) in the eye-
piece tube.
• Mounting of the motor: insert the
motor moulding (1) on the allen
screw, located on the opposite
side from the flexible A.R. han-
dle (T) tighten it with the special
screw. Tighten the metal moul-
ding (2) to the latitude adjustment

To replace the batteries (9V) it
is necessary to loosen the two
screws and to remove the protec-
tive housing.
WARNING:
• The mirrors or lenses of the tele-
scope are correctly aligned in the
factory before shipment. If they
are exposed to knocks or acciden-
tal falls this could put them out of
alignment and adversely affect the
quality of the image. Please do
not touch the screws behind the
primary mirror (P) as it will cause
the disaligment of your newton
telescope.
• Tampering with the instrument
or carrying out unathorized opera-
tions in any way will invalidate the
terms of the guarantee.
