WARNING: To avoid serious injury or death from electrical

1. DO NOT handle this fixture or try to plug it in when your hands are wet or
damp. DO NOT handle this fixture or try to plug it in when you are standing
on a wet or damp surface or in water.
2. This fixture MUST ALWAYS BE USED in accordance with all electrical and
safety codes and ordinances, including the most recent National Electric
Code (NEC) and with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
Volume 1 on General Industry Standards and interpretations.
3. ALWAYS make certain that the power source conforms to the requirements
on the fixture.
4. ALWAYS disconnect the power before servicing or inspecting the fixture
for any reason.
5. This fixture is ONLY FOR USE ON 110V-120V (single phase) and is
equipped with an approved polarized plug.
6. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS-this product has a polarized
attachment plug (one blade is wider than the other).This plug fits in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
NEVER use a extension cord, unless the plug can be fully inserted. DO
NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING.
7. FIXTURE IS NOT WATERPROOF and is not intended for use in showers,
saunas or in potentially wet locations. The entry of moisture into the light
may cause damage and void the warranty.
8. This fixture is for INDOOR USE ONLY. DO NOT use in flammable or
explosive atmospheres. Potential ignition may occur.
9. NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY INTO LIGHT SOURCE. LEDs are extremely
bright and can damage eyes with prolonged exposure.
10.NEVER operate the light with the clear protective lens removed.
11.KEEP AWAY from heating vents, radiators, or other sources of heat.
12.KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING: UNPLUG UNIT BEFORE ATTEMPING ANY MAINTENANCE!
Remove dirt and grime as soon as it accumulates. Use a soft, damp cloth and
a mild soap, if needed. Be sure not to get the electrical plug wet. NEVER
submerge any part of the Work Light in any solution to clean it. DO NOT USE
solvents such as gasoline, turpentine, etc., to clean unit.
DRY THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLUGGING BACK INTO OUTLET!
