• Before beginning a training regiment, have your doctor conduct
a general evaluation of your fitness. Ask your doctor whether
there are any aspects of your health that might prevent you
from using the Trimmer.
• If you are aware of any pre-existing conditions
(e.g. cardiovascular disease), ask your doctor for advice before
using the Trimmer for the first time.
• If you experience nausea, dizziness, pain in the chest or any
other unusual pain or symptoms while exercising, stop your
training session and consult a doctor immediately.
• Always begin your training session with warm-up exercises.
• Wear suitable sports clothing and shoes when exercising.
• Pay attention to your body tension during your workout.
Training with the Trimmer helps strengthen and develop the muscles. Perform
all movements slowly and smoothly. Jerky movements can adversely affect your
health.
If you are unsure whether you have performed an exercise correctly, consult
a professional fitness trainer or obtain information from the Internet or from
specialist literature.
Training procedure
Always begin your training session with a warm-up phase. Rest for at least 60
seconds between each exercise. Use the rest periods to loosen up your muscles
or to have a drink. Over time, you may increase the number of exercises and
repetitions. If you notice that your muscles are getting tired, reduce the length of
your workout. Also leave a day of rest between workouts to enable your muscles
and your body to recover sufficiently.

Cleaning and Storage
Clean the Trimmer with a damp cloth and then dry it. Let the Trimmer dry
sufficiently. Do not clean using harsh or irritating cleaning agents. Should the
Trimmer be wet following a workout, let it dry sufficiently. Store the Trimmer in
a dry, well-ventilated space. Do not expose Trimmer to high levels of humidity,
intense sunlight or extreme weather conditions.
Disposal
Disposing of the packaging
Sort the packaging before you dispose of it. Dispose of cardboard and carton as
waste paper and foils via the recyclable material collection service. Please en-
sure your recycling information does apply to the local regulations and the EPA
recommendations (www.epa.gov).
Disposing of the Trimmer
Old items must not be disposed of with household waste! If the item can no
longer be used, every user is required by law to dispose of old items separately
from their household waste, e.g. at a collection point in their community. This
ensures that old items are recycled in a professional manner and also rules out
negative consequences for the environment.
