8. Device Installation

Choose the environment you want to monitor, pla-
ce your WATCHSPOT near a window and set it up
using the double-sided velcro/ribbon or following
the Installation Instructions Manual.
Once your WATCHSPOT is installed, turn it on via
App (before item 4.). After this, the Home STATUS
will be updated with ON or displayed with ALARM
word. Log out, just wait a few seconds and position
yourself in front your WATCHSPOT; an alarm noti-
fication will be sent to your smartphone. In case of
your Home STATUS doesn't update, or you didn't
receive any alarm notification once you logged
out, please, place your WATCHSPOT near a diffe-
rent window or outdoor area and try it again.
You will receive an alert on your smartphone
every time WATCHSPOT detects an unauthorized
movement.
