1. Remove the pump assembly (F) from the tank (A).
2. Unlock the pump handle (1) and pull it out as far as it will go.

4. To reassemble, align the tabs with the openings and push down on the sleeve until the tabs snap
into place.

Solution
The plunger cup needs to be stretched outward
and lubricated often by applying grease or
petroleum jelly around the outside of the plunger
cup. Check for cracks or other damage and
replace if necessary.
Remove the pump assembly and examine the
check valve. Clean if dirty; replace if necessary.
Tighten the hose tank nut or replace the hose
insert O-ring.
