Our vibrator shaft uses high quality Mn steel, hose, and70# steelwire. Both headcap
and rotary shaft adopt 40Cr steel, wellgalvanized after heat treatment.
Operation lnstruction and Maintenance
1. In order to prevent steel flexible shaft and steel belt from rusting which will influence use
and service life,water is forbidden to enter into the hose joint.
2. The bend semidiameter of hose should't be more than 50cm in theprocess of operation.
3. After using,clean the hose and vibrator head.
4. lf appear the following situtions,please take aparts,check and clean:after running 50-100
hours,can't switch neatly, having abnormal sound.Before doing these,you had better hit
the vibrator first. Head cap and hose joint are left screw thread, while shalft joint is right
screw thread.
5. Check every part and make sure they are ok. (bearing and seal are wearing parts).
Whether the center-adjustable bearing runs neatly, and the distance of couloir s ball
bearing is about 200u. The numbercan't be too big or too small.
6. When install again, except bearing, all parts must be cleaned from oil stain. Make sure
that the conical surface and interior sleeve have no oil,or itcan't vibrator.
7. Once find vibrator shaft doesn't work or vibrator weakly, you should turnoff the machine
immediately. Then take apartit, and check whether stain fromsleeve and tapered roller,
the trouble is solved.
