Functions
• Fold the probe to turn off the display.
• Switch between °C/°F.
• Data-hold function, click once to hold the measured temperature visible on your screen
• Maximum and minimum memory function.
• Sensor error display: Display shows "LL.L" when there is an open circuit or when the
sensor measures a temperature which is lower than the minimum measuring range.
Display shows "HH.H" when there is an open circuit or when the sensor measures a
temperature which is higher than the maximum measuring range.
Operation description:
• °C/°F Press "°C/°F" button once to change the temperature unit.
• MAX/MIN: Press the "MAX/MIN" button once to display the maximum
temperature, then press the "MAX/MIN" button again to display the minimum
temperature, then press again to jump to the actual temperature.
• Press "HOLD" button once to retain reading, press again to release the HOLD
function.
• In case you plan not to use the thermometer for a longer period,
please remove the battery.
• The thermometer cannot be used in any oven.
