HINTS AND TIPS
•
Do not use any metal utensils or knives on the skillet surface. Only use wooden or
high-heat resistant plastic utensils to avoid scratching or damaging the non-stick
surface.
•
Do not place or store the temperature control probe on the skillet surface, as it may
scratch or damage the non-stick surface.
•
Do not use any abrasive cleaners, nylons or metal scouring pads or brushes on skillet
or glass lid, as it may scratch or damage the surfaces.
•
To season the non-stick surface of your electric skillet, apply a light coat of cooking
oil and heat for 2-3 minutes. Allow the unit to cool completely before storing.
