Installation Instructions

Charging the Rechargeable Battery Pack:
$ To initially operate the battery charger, plug it into
an AC power outlet for at least 10 hours before
charging the battery pack
$ When the rechargeable battery pack has been stored
for a relatively long period, it may be discharged
$ Use only original Sartorius battery chargers
Connecting the Battery Charger to the Battery Pack:
§ Connect the supplied battery charger to the battery
pack
§ Battery chargers of protective Class 2 can be
plugged into any wall outlet without taking any
other precautionary measures
Connecting the Balance/Scale to the Battery Pack:
§ Disconnect the battery charger from the
battery pack
