PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the product.

Tools Required for Assembly: Hex Wrench (provided)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lay the back (D) on a soft surface such as a
carpet. Assemble the seat (C) to the back with two
sets of long bolts (BB) and washers (CC).
Do not tighten the bolts completely.

Long Bolt (1/4 in. - 20

x 1.378 in. L)
Washer

2. Assemble the back bar (E) to the left arm (B)
by inserting short bolt (AA) and washer (CC).
Match the sticker dots as shown.
Don't tighten the bolts completely.
