Opening the Dispenser:
There are two types of keys, one removable and one permanent. Once
the permanent key is inserted, it cannot be removed from the dispenser.
1. To open the dispenser cover, insert key into slots
between wall and back plate at the bottom of the
dispenser
2. When using either key, gently push up on the key
(see figures 2.a & 2.b)
