DVD OPERATION

Playback of audio DVDs

You can also play audio DVDs using
the CVX 02. The functions described
above can be used with audio DVDs
provided that the audio DVD supports
them.

Switching off monitors

If you are listening to an audio DVD, you
can also manually switch off the moni-
tors connected via the CPA system
amplifier or close connected flip-down
monitors.
Press the MON 6 button on the
device.
"MON OFF" appears briefly on the
display.
Note:
The monitors are automatically
switched on if a video source for
cabin or cockpit is selected at the
CCU 02. If you manually switched
off the monitors using the MON
button, the monitors do not auto-
matically switch on and off again
until you synchronise the function.
For this purpose, hold the MON 6
button pressed on the device until
a beep sounds for confirmation.

Switching monitors on again

After switching off the monitors,
you can manually switch the moni-
tors on again with the MON 6
button.
"MON ON" appears briefly on the
display.

CD mode

You can use this device to play stand-
ard audio CDs, CD-Rs and CD-RWs
with a diameter of 12 cm. To avoid prob-
lems when playing CDs, you should not
burn CDs at speeds greater than 16x.
To ensure proper functioning, use only
CDs with the Compact-Disc logo.
Copy-protected CDs can cause play-
back problems. Blaupunkt cannot guar-
antee the proper functioning of copy-
protected CDs!
Besides being able to play DVDs and
audio CDs on this device, you can also
play CDs containing MP3/WMA music
files. For further information, please read
the chapter entitled "MP3 mode".

Starting CD playback

Press the PLAY Q button on the
remote control to start playback.

Selecting a title/track

To select the next or previous title/
track, press the
on the remote control.
