Before using your new Steren´s product, please read this instruction
manual to prevent any damage.
The instructions of this manual are for reference about the product.
There may be differences due to updates. Please check our
website (www.steren.com) to obtain the latest version of the
instruction manual.
• Do not use or store the equipment in places where there dripping or
splashing water; it may cause a malfunction.
• Be careful to not install near sources of heat or electromagnetic noise
(electric motors, electric fences, power switches, etc.).
• Do not install outdoors.
• Do not install the wiring inside of a pipe where power lines are located,
as this may distort the image.
• To capture images and videos in high quality, be sure to make the connections correctly.
• Use Cat5e UTP cable at a distance not exceeding to 100 m.
• If you use coaxial cable, the distance should not exceed 50 m.
• The camera must be connected to a backup power source (not break), to protect it of
electrical shock and to keep it running in case of a cut in the power supply.
With this digital CCTV camera you can monitor your home, office or any place you need; it
is a high definition camera so you can get crisp and clear images, and you can distinguish
faces, number plates, characteristics, or even specific details more than other cameras.
The installation is very simple, you can plug it directly to a monitor or use it with any video
recorder system (DVR) that supports digital formats. Its case is metallic and it has IR LED
for night vision, also, the base can be rotated any direction, easily.

be on a solid surface and fixed (wall,
roof, carport or under an overhang).

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship
and materials to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice, product box or
package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was
received.

If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky

Solution
• Turn on the DVR or monitor.
• Make sure that have made correctly all connections to the
camera and the monitor or DVR.
• Check that the power supply is undamaged.
• Check the wiring; It could be damaged.
• Try another power source; it could be damaged.
• Make sure the wiring is in good condition.
• Check for unstable connections.
• Make sure the camera is not placed near a fluorescent
lamp.
