5.2.2 Ajuste del Cojinete Superior No.03 (Foto 06):
El propósito de este ajuste es centralizar la hoja en el volante y evitar que la misma salte
afuera de el.
Primero desconecte la maquina de la red eléctrica. Después afloje la hoja No.06 (Foto 01)
girando el manipulo No.01 (Foto 01) en el sen do an -horario.
Re re la tapa trasera superior removiendo los tornillos con un destornillador. Afloje las
tres tuercas No. 01 (Foto 06) usando una llave de tuerca de 10mm.
Usando un destornillador gire el tornillo superior No.02 (Foto 06) ¼ de giro en el sen do
an -horario si la lamina estuviera desplazada para adelante o gire el tornillo superior
No.02 (Foto 06) ¼ de giro en el sen do horario si la lamina estuviera desplazada para tras.
Apriete las tres tuercas No.01 (Foto 06) previamente aflojadas.
Calibre la tensión de la hoja como explicado en Pre-Operación , ítem 2.2 .
Gire el volante con las manos para averiguar si la hoja esta centralizada en el volante. Si
ella no está centralizada, con núe girando el volante hasta que la hoja se centralice .
5.2.3 Ajuste Del Regulador de Corte:
El Regulador de Corte No.12 (Foto 01) (opcional) fu desarrollado para proveer cortes con
el mismo espesor y también para proteger el usuario de accidentes.

4.General Safety Prac ces
If any item from the GENERAL SAFETY NOTIONS sec on is not applicable to your
product, please disregard it.
The following safety instruc ons are addressed to both the operator of the machine as
well as the person in charge of maintenance. The machine has to be delivered to the
operator in perfect condi ons of use by the Distributor to the user. The user shall operate
the machine only a er being well acquainted with the safety procedures described in the
present manual. READ THIS MANUAL WITH ATTENTION.
4.1 Basic Opera on Prac ces
4.1.1 Dangerous parts
Some parts of the electric devices are connected to high voltage points. These parts when
touched may cause severe electrical shocks or even be fatal.
Never touch commands such as bu ons, switches and knobs with wet hands , wet clothes
and/or shoes. By not following these instruc ons operator could be exposed to severe
electrical shocks or even to a fatal situa on.
4.1.2 Warnings
The operator has to be well familiar with the posi on of ON/OFF Switch to make sure the
Switch is easy to be reached when necessary. Before any kind of maintenance, physically
remove plug from the socket.
Provide space for a comfortable opera on thus avoiding accidents.
Water or oil spilled on the floor will turn it slippery and dangerous. Make sure the floor is
clean and dry.
Before giving any manual command (switch, bu ons, turn keys or lever) be sure the
