TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Heater doesn't

Cause
Main power supply switch is off.
Circuit breaker has tripped.
Heater is unplugged
from wall outlet.
Power cord or power plug
are damaged.
Power outlet for power plug
prong is loose.
Loose wiring.
Heater switch is on,
but Flame power switch is not on.
Flame Adjusting knob
is at low setting.
Burnt bulb(s).
Loose wiring.

Flame element is not attached
to the motor.
Rotation motor is defective.

Solution
Turn the main power supply switch
to ON position.
Too many appliances on this circuit,
be sure that electrical supply
for this unit is an individual circuit.
Plug the cord into an outlet.
Contact a qualified electrician
to replace power cord.
Check the power outlet and replace
with a new one.
Check all wiring for loose connections.
Contact a qualified electrician.
Turn the Flame Power switch.
Turn the knob to maximum setting.
Replace bulb(s).
