7.7 Using the lid for the blender jug's fill opening with
measuring scale
The cover for the fill opening of the blender jug with measuring scale
serves both to close the jug and to measure the ingredients.
To close the blender jug, place the lid of the fill opening with measuring
scale onto the lid of the jug with the opening downwards, and lock it by
turning it clockwise.
Caution!
Before you remove the lid of the fill opening in the blender jug with
measuring scale you must reduce the speed to level 1, 2 or 3 to prevent
food being thrown out.
You can briefly remove the lid of the fill opening with measuring scale
to add ingredients to the blender jug.
7.8 Boiling and steaming with the cooking pot
1. Place at least 500 ml and at most 2 litres of water in the blender jug:
– If the food is entirely under the water it will be boiled;
– If the water does not completely cover it, it will be steamed.
2. Place the ingredients in the cooking pot.
3. Place the cooking pot in the blender jug.
4. Close the blender jug with its lid and the lid of the fill opening with
measuring scale.
5. Set the desired time.
6. Set the desired temperature.
