Beveling Edges (see figure H)
The V-grooves 7 in the front planer base plate allow quick
and easy beveling of workpiece edges. Depending on
required bevel width, use the corresponding V-groove. For
this, place the planer with the V-groove onto the edge of the
workpiece and guide it along the edge.

Planing with Parallel/Beveling Guide (see figures D–F)
Mount the parallel guide 17 to the machine using the
corresponding fastening bolt 20. Depending on the
application, mount the rebating depth stop 24 with fastening
bolt 23 to the machine.
Loosen the locking nut 19 and adjust the requested
rebating width on the scale 18. Tighten the locking nut 19
again.
Adjust the requested rebating depth accordingly with the
rebating depth stop 24.Carry out the planing procedure
several times until the requested rebating depth is reached.
Guide the planer applying sideward supporting pressure.
5. Maintenance and service instructions
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
For safe and proper working, always keep the machine
and ventilation slots clean.
5.1 Cleaning
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing procedures, repair should be
carried out by an after-sales service centre for STAYER
power tools.

5.3 Warranty
Warranty card
accompanies this equipment, you should find the warranty
card. You should fill out the card completely and return to
vendor with a copy of purchasing receipt or invoice and you
should receive a receipt.
Note: If you cannot find the warranty card within the
documentation, you must ask for it through your supplier.
The warranty is limited only to manufacturing defects and
expire if pieces have been removed or manipulated or
repaired other than the manufacturer.
