REPLACING THE BULB

Always make sure the unit is in the OFF position and
unplugged when replacing the bulb.
•
If the bulb feels hot after use, allow it to cool down
or wear insulated gloves before removing to avoid risk
of burn injury.
•
Top housing around the bulb unscrews from the base
just below the MYCHANIC® logo.
•
Remove bulb carefully by unscrewing counter-clock
wise from grooves.
•
Replace with E26 or E27 type replacement bulb,
screwing in clockwise.
•
Do not tighten too much as this will make the bulb
difficult to remove.
•
Replace the protective cover by screwing the base
unit back into the housing.
