INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1) Connect the plugs of two ends of the main loop cable to the switch of the machine body and wire machine
separately and tighten.
2) Connect the air plugs of two ends of the control loop cable to the switch of the machine body and wire
machine separately and tighten.
3) Fix one end of the gas pipe to the CO
4) Insert the swift plug of earth cable into the swift socket in the front panel tighten, the earth cable clincher
nips the work piece reliably.
5) Set the wire wheel with wire on the wheel axis.
6) Choose wire slot according to wire size.
7) Put down the pressure arm, put the wire into slot via wire-lead tube, tune the wire-pressing wheel to fix wire
from gliding, but pressure should be should be suitable in case the wire distorts and affects wire sending.
8) Wire roll should turn clockwise rotation to let out wire; To prevent wire from gliding, wire is usually set to the
fixed hole on the wheel side. To prevent the bent wire from getting stuck, please cut off this part of the wire.
9) Put and tighten the torch on the output socket, and put the wire into the torch by hand.
10) The machine can use PULL MIG TORCH for welding. Please follow the installation instruction of the PULL
MIG TORCH sketch and the manual instruction to check up.
11) Connect the power cable to the electric case of the relevant voltage grade according to input voltage grade.
Make sure no match mistake and the difference of supplied voltage is among the range of permission.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
Put the air switch to "ON" position, open the valve of argon cylinder and adjust the flow.

Adjust the wire diameter of the wire machine to rated number according to wire diameter.
Choose torch loophole span based on wire diameter.

4. Tune the voltage and speed to the best position based on the thickness of the work piece and mechanics.
Press the torch switch to let out the wire to the torch head and begin to work.
