IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install
the product.
WARNING
• Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
• Do not alter the plug.
•
Do not use the product if the plug is damaged in any way.
•
This unit is suitable for indoor use only.
• To avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not modify this lamp. If any modification is made it may
render the product unsafe.
CAUTION
• Risk of fire: Use 3-way 100-watt max. type-A bulb for floor lamp and 60-watt max. type-A bulb
for table lamp and table torchiere lamp. Do not exceed recommended wattage.
• This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
• Assemble product on soft surface to prevent damage to the finish.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list. If any part is missing or damage, do not attaempt to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 15-30 minutes.
No Tools Required for Assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place floor lamp base (A) on the floor, then
screw the bottom tube (B) onto lamp base (A).
