DANGER, WARNING, and CAUTION statements are
used throughout this Owner's Manual to emphasize
critical and important information. Read and follow these
statements to help ensure safety and prevent property
damage.
The statements are defined below.
C A U T I O N
CAUTION: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation or unsafe
practice which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate
injury.
W A R N I N G
WARNING: Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
D A N G E R
DANGER: Indicates an imminently hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.

If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open lid.
4. If odor continues, keep away from the appliance and
immdiately call your gas supplier or your fire department.
W A R N I N G
1. Do not store or use petrol or other flammable liquids or
vapors in the vicinity of this or any other barbecue.
2. A Gas cylinder not connected for use shall not be stored in
the vicinity of this or any other barbecue.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
• This appliance must be kept away from flammable mate-
rials during use.
• Use protective gloves when handling hot components.
• Use Outdoors only.

• Read the instructions before using the appliance.
• WARNING: accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away.
• Do not move the appliance during use,
• Do not modify the appliance.
Hose Requirements
• Use only approved hose which is certified to appropriate EN standard and does not
exceed 1.5m length.
• For Finland, the hose length shall not exceed 1.2m.
• Before each use, check to see if hoses are cut or worn.
• Make sure hose is not kinked or twisted.
• Make sure that when connected hose does not touch any warm surfaces.
• Replace damaged hoses before using barbecue.
• Replace hose as required by national requirements.
• Position the barbecue so that the flexible tube is not subjected to twisting.
Cylinder Placement
Gas cylinders may be placed on the ground beside the barbecue. GAS CYLINDERS
MAY INSTEAD BE PLACED ON BOTTOM SHELF. Maximum cylinder diameter shall
be 320mm and 480mm in height . IF PLACING GAS CYLINDERS ON THE GROUND,
DO NOT PLACE ADDITIONAL GAS CYLINDERS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF.
Regulator Requirements
A regulator must be used with this barbecue. Use only a regulator certified according
to EN16129 (Flow rate max. 1.5 kg/h) and approved for your country and gas specified
in Technical Data. If you have questions concerning the proper regulator and matching
gas tank to use for your barbecue, contact a trained and qualified gas service techni-
cian. The technician should be sure to correctly identify the model number of your gas
barbecue so that s/he can provide accurate advice.
