Filling the tank
To fill the tank
of your solar shower, proceed as follows:
4
1. Connect a garden hose to the hose adapter
2. Turn on the water supply faucet.
3. Turn the shower faucet
This position prevents air bubbles from forming in the tank.
Water flows into the tank. It takes approx. 3 minutes for the tank to fill.
4. As soon as water runs consistently out of the shower head
faucet.
5. Turn off the water pipe.
The tank is filled.
Water is still coming out of the shower head even after the faucet has been
closed. This is caused by the water heating up in the unpressurized tank and
is not a defect!
Operation
Check the following before each use:
- Is there visible damage on the product?
- Is there visible damage on the control elements?
- Do all individual parts function?
- Are the accessories in perfect condition?
- Are all lines in flawless condition?
Do not use a damaged product or damaged accessories. Have them checked by the
manufacturer or its customer service or a qualified service technician.
Using the solar shower
Before you use your solar shower, make a note of the following:
- Depending on the environmental conditions, the water stored in the solar shower
may undergo changes to its biological or other parameters (e.g. a change in color). If
you do not intend to use the product, or after longer breaks between use (2 days),
the tank must be emptied and refilled prior to use (see section "Draining the tank").
Alternatively, you can let all the hot water run out of the shower head. To do this, set
all the way to the "hot" position and open it.
