7.
Push the pressure piston handle (8) in as far as possible while pressing the unlocking
lever (9).
Filling by grease suction
1.
Turn the press container (1) off the head part (2) of the grease gun counterclockwise.
2.
Immerse the open side of the press container (1) in the grease reservoir.
3.
Hold the press container (1) and slowly pull back the piston by the handle (8). Make
sure that the open end of the container is always completely immersed in the grease
to prevent air from being sucked in.
4.
Stop filling when the piston is completely pulled out.
5.
Screw the press container (1) back onto the head part (2) of the grease gun.
6.
Release the pressure piston handle (8) and press the release lever (9).
7.
Push the pressure piston handle (8) in as far as possible while pressing the release lever
(9).
OPERATION
1.
Connect the rigid pouring tube (12) or the armored hose (10) to the connection thread
(7) of the grease gun. Make sure that the connection is clean and tight so that no
grease can leak out at the screw connection point.
2.
Remove the circlip (4) and operate the press lever (3). Perform even pumping
movements.
3.
The grease will automatically come out through the mouthpiece (11/13) and grease the
lubrication point.
4.
If no grease comes out when the press lever (3) is actuated, this may be due to the
presence of air bubbles inside the grease gun, if any. Loosen the press container (1)
slightly from the head part (2) of the grease gun with a half turn and perform a few
pumping movements to eliminate the air bubbles. Repeat this step a few times if
necessary.
