STEP 1: Wheel Assembly
1. Attach the wheel (55 #) to the wheel stand weldment (50 #) using flat washer Ø16 (56 #), hex
slotted thin nut M16 (57 #). After making sure that the wheel can rotate smoothly, insert cotter pin
Ø4x30 (58 #).
STEP 2: Attach Beam and Support Leg Weldment
1. Attach the wheel assembly to the beam using hex bolt M10x55 (52 #), flat washer Ø10 (53 #),
and nylon lock nut M10 (54 #). Tighten with two 17 mm wrenches.
2. Attach the support leg assembly (67 #) to the beam using hex bolt M10x90 (65 #), flat washer Ø10
(53 #) and nylon lock nut M10 (54 #). Tighten with two 17 mm wrenches. Then lock with lock pin
(66 #).
