Saftey Instructions
• Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.

Product
• Keep yourself safe at the product's set-up location

Health and Safety Executive for electrical systems and equipment must be
observed.
• Please also observe the safety instructions and operating instructions
of the other devices connected to the product.
• Do not open the housing.
• For questions, defects, mechanical damages, malfunctions, and other
functional problems which cannot be resolved by this guide, please contact
your dealer or producer.
• Only use in dry ambience.

Description and Function
SAT Finder
This product is used to align your satellite dish for optimal reception. The SAT
Finder shows the signal strength of the satellite in the display. The Model 67000
has an illuminated display. The Model 67140 has an illuminated LCD display with
digital indication of the field strength of the satellite signal and additionally
generates an acoustic signal, which gets louder the better the signal is.

Preparing
• Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.
Connection and Operating
1. Connect the coaxial cable coming from LNB to the satellite socket
(1) of the SAT Finder.
2. Connect the coaxial cable of the receiver input to the receiver
connector (2) of the SAT Finder.
3. Switch on the SAT receiver. The SAT Finder starts automatically
because it is powered by the SAT Receiver.
4. Align your satellite dish with the approximate azimuth angle
(horizontal angle) and the approximate elevation angle (elevation
angle).
Only 67140:
5. Turn the volume control (9) fully to until a maximum signal strength
is displayed.
6. Increase the signal by slowly moving the satellite dish
horizontally and vertically. The higher the display, the better the
signal.
When the SAT Finder receives the full signal, you can fine tune the signal
strength setting (4) on the Model 67000 or press the
Model 67140 to reduce the input signal.
7. Move the satellite dish again to the largest possible display and the
loudest beep.

8. Amplify the input signal with the Model 67000 signal strength setting
or the Model 67140
9. After adjustment, disconnect the product from the LNB and receiver.
10. Reconnect the LBN to the SAT receiver after alignment.

Maintenance and Cleaning
The products are maintenance-free.
• Clean only with a dry, soft cloth.
• Do not use cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Store cool and dry.
• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-
protected ambience when not in use.
• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
