Check the presence of the 5 rivets, in good condition

housing and U-hook

Check that the lanyard is correctly attached to the

Detect any distended, worn or cut wire on safety seams.

Check for burrs and good rotation of the swivel

Check for cracks, deformation, corrosion
Check the presence of the core terminal and the state of the

loop
Check safety seams of shock absorber

Watch for wear and damage due to use (cuts, traces of
chemicals, fluff, etc.)
Check that the shock absorber has not been damaged (check

that there is no tearing of the weaving between the straps)
Check that the sleeve of shock absorber is properly closed.

Make sure that the connector locks securely without

friction.
Check that the connector does not come off without

pressing the trigger.
Check that the connector unhooks without friction and

within one second when you push the trigger. If friction,
use silicone spray -ref: DAS236.

Check for proper trigger return

Check that the right connector is open when the lanyard is

twisted 3 times (clockwise)
Check that the left connector is open when the lanyard is

twisted 3 times (clockwise)
Check that there is no double opening simultaneously in 1 single
