STEP 1
Slide Crossbar into slots in base of Legs. Secure with two screws
inserted from the bottom of each Leg.

STEP 2
Place Lock Washers on Caster stems and hand screw into
Leg. Tighten with Caster Wrench. Repeat for second Leg.
