In the event of an error, see if the following steps resolve the
problem:
Fault
The SkinVivid
doesn't work.
There are no visi-
ble effects.
If these steps are not successful or if your SkinVivid has to be re-
paired, contact our customer service team.

Possible causes and solution
The rechargeable battery may be empty or
not adequately charged.
− Fully charge the SkinVivid before using it
(see chapter "Charging the SkinVivid").
You have forgotten to clean or groom the skin
of your face before use.
− Clean and groom your skin according to
the instructions in the chapter "Prepara-
tion".
You have not been using the SkinVivid for very
long or not on a regular basis.
− Use the SkinVivid regularly.
